PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • We accept cash, check, Venmo (Rosie Kidman @ Rosie 2 The Rescue) or credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD ONLY) or ACH payments through the portal

  •  

  • Checks should be made payable to:  ROSIE 2 THE RESCUE (please include invoice # on your check)

  •  

  • A $25 fee is assessed on all returned checks. All fees are due promptly and must be paid via cash, credit card or Venmo only.

  •  

  • For regular dog walking clients, invoices will be sent out at the end of each month and payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the 1st of each month.

  •  

  • For pet sitting clients, a credit card is required to reserve services. A 50% deposit will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your card on the first day of services.

  •  

  • R2R reserves the right to change, modify any prices, policies terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

 

  • For Regular Dog walking, cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to start of scheduled visit or your account will automatically charged the full service rate. 

 

  • Cancellation requests should be made through the portal under the Scheduler tab.

 

  • In the event of snow days or inclement weather, notification of cancellation must be received by 8:30 am of same day via text. All visits that are canceled as a result of inclement weather will be credited to your account for use toward future services.

       To ensure the safety of our walkers, the Inclement Weather Policy will be initiated when               localities close schools due to potentially dangerous weather conditions. During inclement           weather situations, midday dog walking services may be canceled and

       pet sitting service schedules may need to be altered. Please consider our safety by clearing           steps and walkways of ice, snow, and debris as well as designating a neighbor to do so when         you are traveling. Please note that exercise time may be shortened during snow, heavy                   rainfall and lightning and/or thunderstorms or extreme heat (above 80). In such cases,                   exercise time will be replaced with indoor playtime and lots of TLC.

 

  • For Pet Sitting, cancellations must be received by a minimum of 7 days prior to the start of services. The 50% deposit will be credited to your account for future services.

  • There will be no credits or refunds if services are cancelled less than 7 days before the start date.

  • If the client returns home early, there will be no refund or credit of remaining visits.

  • Access to property - if the task required by the client requires home access and for any reason access cannot be gained, the client will be charged the full rate of service.

 

  • R2R reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.​

BUSINESS HOURS: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm.

SERVICE HOURS: Mon - Sunday (weekends subject to an additional fee.)

 

 

  • R2R will keep all client information confidential and will not sell or share information with any third party.  Any information gathered will be kept in strict confidence and used only for the purposes of conducting business or in rendering a service.
