24/7 online or with our App.

 

Time To Pet makes it simple and easy for you to request new services, check your scheduled visits, update your pet info, view and send messages to the R2R team and make payments. The Time To Pet App can be downloaded directly from the Apple App Store or from the Google Play Store.

View and send messages via the Conversation Feed. Receive real-time updates after each visit complete with pictures and a Visit Report Card!

Easy to review your invoices and make payments. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, Apple or Google Pay or ACH.

Submit service order requests directly from the Client App or the Client Portal.
